Not abiding by CRA dress code while in the arena (proper pants, long-sleeve, button-down shirt with shirt tail tucked in pants, Western hat, and boots) - $ 25.00 and/or disqualification. ( Unapproved Conduct, Item G )
Contestants entered in Performance must ride in Grand Entry. If contestant refuses to participate, a $ 25.00 fine may be imposed.

The lead judge may appoint a qualified individual as a ‘spotter’ in the timed events. Rodeo secretary will be notified to document the spotter. ( Judging - Timed Events, #18 )
Any other barrel pattern must be set at least fifteen (15) feet off the facility’s / arena’s official pattern. ( Barrel Racing, # 12 )
Running order will be drawn for all timed events and posted at the rodeo. Once the running order is drawn, there will be no changes. ( General Rules - All Events, #29 ) Note to clarify: Once STOCK is drawn at the rodeo, there will be no changes in the running order (positions). The DRAW will continue to be posted as normal.
Rodeo secretary will be responsible for mailing any contestant winnings that were not picked up at the rodeo. All winnings must be mailed in form of a Money Order within three (3) days of the completion of the rodeo. Rodeo secretary may deduct $ 3.00 from the contestant’s winnings to cover the expense of the Money Order, postage, etc. ( Contract Act Requirements - Rodeo Secretary / Timer Duties, # 6 )

DO NOT DISTRACT THE TIMEKEEPERS DURING AN EVENT;

ACCOMMODATING A LATE ARRIVAL
IS UNFAIR TO THE COMPETING CONTESTANT.
